Social, cultural, and health literacy elements are the main determinants of people capacity to prevent positive health outcomes related to diabetes and their capacity to self-manage.
Diabetes Self-Management Education is an evidence-supported initiative designed to aid people who have diabetes, attain an improved quality of life. It follows accredited and verified procedures that guarantee the provision of high-quality education.
